Gilbert serves as the Associate Director of Adult Faith Formation in the Archdiocese of New York with over 20 years of experience in evangelization with a heart for young adult ministry, He completed a Masters of Theology at St. Joseph's Seminary and College, which fueled his passion for equipping people in revival culture and Holy Spirit empowerment. Gilbert is an alumni of the Encounter School of Ministry and is currently an instructor at the Encounter School of Ministry New Jersey Campus.  Him and his lovely wife, Franshel Rodriguez, have been married for 8 years and live in Brooklyn, NY.
